Ways and procedures for changing and canceling reservations made through the Kiner

Order change:
It is not possible to make a change in the order directly on the website.
A customer, who has placed an order and wishes to change it, will do so via e-mail or
telephone directly by the following means:

Cancel reservation:
A customer who placed an order through the site will receive a username and password on the order confirmation he made.
Cancellation of the order will be possible from any home page through the category "My order file" at the bottom of the home pages.
The customer will be required to enter in the appropriate place a username (email address) and password he received along with the order confirmation.
After entering a username and password, it will be possible to cancel the order using the "Cancel Order" button if the order meets the cancellation conditions of the price list.
Cancellation of the order is conditional on a cancellation policy defined in the regulations.
If the reservation does not meet the cancellation policy, and the cancellation button does not appear in the "My Reservations Bag" please contact the hotel or the reservation center by phone: 04-6738822 / 04-6738888
or by sending an email to: [email protected]

You can cancel an order made on the website by delivering a "cancellation notice" "Cancellation notice" - a notice given by the customer in any of the following ways, which includes the customer's name and ID number, and if the cancellation notice was given orally, another identifying detail was agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellation notice can be given in any of the following ways:
